( About me )

( Hi, I'm Sanne )
My mind was never the quiet type.
It thinks ahead, connects dots, plans and analyses often all at once.

For a long time I believed this was something I needed to change.
Slow down. Calm down. Become different.

What I eventually understood was simple:
The problem was never my pace.
It was capacity.

Many people live this way.
They carry responsibility, manage work, family and everyday life in parallel, and operate under constant pressure.

Not because something is wrong with them, but because sustained load asks more of the nervous system
than most people were ever taught how to handle.

Our world is accelerating.
Technology and AI are part of that.

The real question is not how to slow life down.
The real question is how the body can keep up.

This is where my work begins.

I work with breathwork, nervous system regulation and nutrition as body-based tools to increase capacity,
resilience and presence in real life.

Breathwork includes relaxation techniques, but it goes far beyond that.
It creates space in the system.
Between stimulus and response.
Between pressure and clarity.

Over time I became particularly interested in functional breathing and physical performance.

As someone who enjoys sport and movement, it became obvious how strongly breathing influences endurance, recovery, focus and overall efficiency in the body.
This led me to train in the Oxygen Advantage® Method, a science-based breathing approach used worldwide to improve breathing efficiency, nervous system regulation and physical performance.

Today I integrate these principles into my work.
Not as a quick fix, but as a foundation.

Because before intensity, the body needs regulation.
Before pushing further, the system needs stability.

I work with people who move with the times and carry real responsibility.

People who want to stay capable and present without stepping out of their lives.

Founders. Leaders. Creators. Parents.
People who care about their energy, their clarity and their capacity.

My background combines certified breathwork practice, professional nutrition training and lived experience
as a mother of four.

This work is not theoretical.
It is practical, grounded and designed for real life.

People who come here are not looking for a break from life.
They are looking for the capacity to carry more of it.
