Breathwork for Kids & Teens (Ages 8–18)

Breathe better. Feel stronger.

In this 1:1 session, I gently guide teenagers to discover the power of their own breath, with no pressure,

no performance, just presence.

We practice simple, effective breathing tools to support inner calm, focus, and emotional stability – designed for everyday life, school stress, and growing up.

What we’ll focus on:

– Strengthening healthy nose breathing

– Learning how to regulate the nervous system

– Building everyday breath awareness

– Understanding stress and inner restlessness

– Simple tools for better focus and emotional resilience

Duration: 60 minutes

Location: Online or In-Person

This session is perfect for teens who feel overwhelmed, struggle with inner tension, or simply want to learn how to stay centered through their breath.

This session is the starting point.

It is not about having an intense experience.
It is about understanding how your nervous system works
and how to work with it in everyday life.

This is a 60–90 minute one-to-one session where we take time.
We look at how your nervous system currently responds,
what pushes you into stress quickly, and what actually helps you settle.

You will be guided through different breathing practices
and we will explore them together, calmly and without pressure.
After the session, you will take simple practices home
that you can continue using on your own.

This foundation exists for a reason.

My approach is clear:
regulation comes before intensity.

Before moving into deeper formats such as Conscious Connected Breathwork, the nervous system needs stability and orientation.
This session provides that base.

This session may be right for you if:

  • you want to better understand your nervous system

  • you carry a lot and notice that your body struggles to switch off

  • you are looking for a solid foundation rather than jumping between methods

  • you are interested in long-term support, not a one-off experience

This is not a quick fix.
It is a foundation.

MELT
Calming Breathwork Session

MELT is for people who don’t have much time
and can feel that their system needs to slow down.

This session takes about 30 minutes.
It is intentionally short and designed to help the body come out of constant stress without effort or pressure.

We work in a calm, body-led way.
No long explanations, no pushing, no intensity.
The focus is on helping the nervous system settle and creating a sense of space again.

MELT is a good fit if you:

  • are short on time

  • have been rushing all day

  • notice that your body struggles to switch off

  • want something simple and effective

This session is not meant to replace deeper foundational work.
It is a practical reset for moments when everything feels too much
and you need to come back into your body quickly.

Details

  • Duration: approx. 30 minutes

  • Format: 1:1

  • Focus: calming, grounding, nervous system down-regulation

Conscious Connected Breathwork

This session builds on the foundation work.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a longer, guided breathing session where the breath flows continuously, without pauses.
You are lying down and supported throughout the session.

This form of breathing works with the body’s memory.
The body stores experiences, stress, and patterns that are not always accessible through thinking alone.
Through the breathing rhythm, attention shifts away from the analytical mind and into bodily awareness.

As a result, sensations, emotions, or images can surface.
Not because they are “triggered,” but because the body finally has enough safety and space to release what it has been holding.

Nothing needs to be forced, analyzed, or relived.
The pace is slow, grounded, and guided with a trauma-sensitive approach.
You stay oriented, present, and in control throughout the session.

Because of its depth, this work is most suitable once the nervous system has learned basic regulation.
That is why I recommend starting with the Foundation sessions before moving into Conscious Connected Breathwork.

This session can be supportive if you:

  • want to work with the body rather than only the mind

  • are curious about deeper layers of awareness and emotional processing

  • feel ready for a longer, more immersive session

  • value safety, integration, and clarity over intensity

This is not about catharsis or performance.
It is about creating the conditions for the body to reorganize at its own pace.

Details

  • Duration: approx. 90–120 minutes

  • Format: 1:1

  • Focus: depth, integration, embodied awareness

Before your first session, a short introductory call

(approx. 15 minutes) is required to review relevant health aspects and your personal intention. This ensures the session is safe and well-matched to you.
