Functional Breath Training
Oxygen Advantage® Method
This session is the entry point.
It is not about creating an intense experience.
It is about understanding how your breathing and nervous system work together and how you can work with them in daily life.
The way we breathe influences energy, focus, recovery and physical performance far more than most people realise.
Many people breathe too fast, too shallow or through the mouth without noticing, both in everyday life and during exercise.
This 60–90 minute one-to-one session takes the time to explore how your breathing currently functions, how your nervous system responds and what truly helps your system return to regulation.
The work is based on the science-based
Oxygen Advantage® method, a functional breathing
approach widely used in the fields of performance,
health and stress regulation
My approach is simple:
Regulation comes before intensity.
Before moving into deeper breathwork practices, the nervous system needs stability and orientation.
This session creates that foundation.
This session may be a good fit if you want to:
• better understand your nervous system
• optimise your breathing for daily life or sport
• work or train more efficiently
• support recovery and sleep quality
• improve sustainable physical performance
This is not a quick fix.
It is a foundation.

MELT
Calming Breathwork Session
MELT is for people who don’t have much time
and can feel that their system needs to slow down.
This session takes about 30 minutes.
It is intentionally short and designed to help the body come out of constant stress without effort or pressure.
We work in a calm, body-led way.
No long explanations, no pushing, no intensity.
The focus is on helping the nervous system settle and creating a sense of space again.
MELT is a good fit if you:
-
are short on time
-
have been rushing all day
-
notice that your body struggles to switch off
-
want something simple and effective
This session is not meant to replace deeper foundational work.
It is a practical reset for moments when everything feels too much
and you need to come back into your body quickly.

Focus: calming, grounding, nervous system down-regulation

A tool for focus under pressure and for calming down after it
built for teams, schools and clubs.
Most people hear 'breath training' and picture incense and sitting cross-legged. That reaction is exactly why so many teams, schools and clubs never try it, and exactly why the ones that do get an advantage the others don't.
This format works both ends of the same system: sharpening focus and reaction under real pressure, and calming the nervous system down once the pressure passes. A team under deadline stress, a club mid-season, and a group of students before exams all need both, at different moments.
Sessions run 60 to 120 minutes, as a single workshop or a short series, built around your group size, goals and setting.
Share your goal, group size and preferred date, and we'll build the format around that.

Nutrition that carries your performance, not slows it down.
There has never been more nutrition information available, and it has never been harder to know what to do with it.
A new trend every day, a new rule, a new video contradicting the last one. The result is usually not more clarity, just the feeling that you're always getting something wrong.
This coaching starts by looking at your actual rhythm, your schedule and what your body is signaling, before changing anything. From there, we build an approach to eating that supports your energy, focus and recovery instead of working against them.
Book your first session and bring your actual routine, not the latest list of rules you tried to remember."
