( Built for pressure.
Designed for real life
 )

Science-based breath training for people who need

to perform under pressure– and stay themselves.

Who it's for

Leaders who need to stay clear and capable under sustained load. Teams for whom focus and recovery become a shared responsibility. Schools, as an institution, wanting breathing as a tool for focus and self-regulation in the classroom. First responders (police, paramedics, firefighters) who need to stay capable under extreme load.

What changes

  • You notice sooner when you're tipping over – and can act before a decision suffers for it

  • You sleep deeper, because you learn to breathe through your nose at night too, not just during the day

  • Your stress level drops measurably, not just as a feeling – provable via heart rate variability

  • You stay clear on long, packed days too, because your system carries more before it tips

Did you know that decision quality under pressure can be trained?

In a study with 56 participants, a trained breathing pattern before a business decision task raised the correct-answer rate by 50% (De Couck et al., 2019).

Workshops & Keynotes (Single Sessions)

The Corporate Collection (min. 2 hrs – optimal half-day)

Stressed teams cost money – less focus, more mistakes, more sick days, faster turnover. Most companies optimize processes, tools, meetings – but almost never the one thing running in the background the whole time, directly shaping how clearly your team thinks: breathing. Unlike a short talk, there's real time here to go deeper: your team does a breathing self-test live, tries out several exercises firsthand instead of just listening, and leaves with two or three simple techniques they can use immediately at work. Ideal for smaller teams who want to actually practice, not just listen. Tailored to group size, goal, and setting – grounded in certified Oxygen Advantage® knowledge.

Keynote "Focus Isn't Random" (45–60 min)

Why do some people stay focused under pressure while others lose their footing – is that a trait, or is it trained? This keynote gives the answer live and firsthand, with two or three techniques everyone can take away immediately. Fits any conference, kick-off, or internal event, whether 50 or 500 people are in the room.

The School Collection

(duration by arrangement, for school classes ages 8–17)

A restless classroom, short attention spans, quick exhaustion after break – often that's not just personality – it can be trained. That's exactly where this format comes in – not with a lecture, but with exercises that work right away and are actually fun: nasal breathing, stress, focus, sleep, and why the nose has more to do with all of it than people think. Experienced together with the class, not just explained – so it actually sticks, whatever the grade level.

The Frontline Collection (half-day, on-site)

Too stressed, and the reaction can overshoot; too relaxed, and important cues get missed – for police, paramedics, and firefighters, the right nervous-system balance is literally a matter of safety (Andersen et al., 2018). Training happens directly in the operational context, hands-on and free of theory overload – so the technique is actually there when it counts.
