My Training Setup

I don't recommend anything I don't use myself, daily.

This is my actual training equipment — each product maps to a specific physiological goal: securing nasal breathing, training CO2 tolerance, improving recovery. These are the three products I actually use in my own training — including a 10% discount for you.

MyoTape Nasal strips

Keeping nasal breathing steady under load

Nasal airway resistance increases under training load — exactly when nasal breathing matters most for maintaining CO2 tolerance and oxygen uptake.

The strips mechanically widen the nasal valve and keep nasal breathing steady during intensity. I use them in training, and sometimes at night when my nose is additionally congested.

Myotape (Mouthtape)

Securing nasal breathing during sleep
and stopping snoring

Mouth breathing at night reduces nitric oxide production, worsens your CO2 tolerance overnight, and is one of the main drivers of snoring. MyoTape is the tool I use to control this for myself.

SportsMask

Train your CO2 tolerance directly

The mask simulates reduced breathing ease and directly trains your CO2 tolerance — the factor that, per the Bohr Effect, determines how efficiently oxygen is actually delivered to tissue. I use it in my own training sessions, not just with clients.
