( Train the engine you already have)

Nasal breathing and tolerance to carbon dioxide (CO2) are trainable

– and they affect focus, recovery, and resilience all at once, not just one of them.

Who it's for

Individual athletes working on recovery and competition focus. Clubs and teams building breathing into shared training practice.

What changes

  • Recovery kicks in faster, even after intense load

  • Focus stays stable when fatigue would normally take over

  • Nasal breathing becomes the trained default, not the exception

  • Injury risk drops as breathing patterns stay controlled under load

OFFERINGS

1:1 Sessions  Breath & Nervous System (60–90 min)

Why does performance often drop exactly when it counts most – in the decisive competition moment, not in training? Often the answer isn't in the muscles, but in an overexcited system that never learned to settle on demand. In this session, we look together at how your system currently responds to load, and build up CO2 tolerance and nasal breathing step by step as a training foundation. Not a quick fix for the next competition, but groundwork that carries focus, recovery, and sleep quality long-term.

MELT – Competition Reset  Breath & Nervous System (60–90 min)

The minutes right before the start often decide more than the training before it – when nerves take over before the first step is even taken. MELT works exactly there: short, calm, body-focused, no long explanations or added pressure. The focus is on settling the system enough, in just a few minutes, that energy can be used deliberately instead of getting lost in nerves.

For Teams & Clubs The Sport Collection (60–120 min single workshop or short series)

Most clubs train strength, endurance, technique – but never the one system that runs through the entire competition: breathing. Why do some athletes fatigue faster than others despite similar fitness levels? Often the difference lies in breathing efficiency, not raw conditioning. The format trains both sides of it: sharper focus and faster reaction when it counts, and a system that actually recovers afterward. Tailored to group size, season, and goal.
