At The Breath Gallery, our core methods are Buteyko and Conscious Connected Breathwork.
Buteyko is a gentle, structured approach that supports functional breathing, enhances breath awareness and promotes a calm and steady rhythm in everyday life.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a continuous, deep breathing practice that invites presence, emotional clarity and embodied connection.
